Carmen Thomas-Paris and I at 35 weeks into my pregnancy. I feel so blessed to have the support of such an intuitive and caring soul. Carmen is based in L.A. and does it all... a yoga instructor, a massage therapist, a birth doula and a mom.
With the help of Carmen we're creating a birth wish list while keeping in mind that anything can happen and none of the experience can be planned. All I truly hope for is a safe delivery and the closest to a natural experience as I can possibly have.
