About Us

I was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. 11 years ago I took a big plunge and decided to live in Los Angeles.  It took me almost all those years to make my passion of cooking into reality.  In 2008 Belly Bliss Catering was officially in gear.

I'm married to the most amazing guy.  Chris is a self taught musician, an artist who paints and sketches and has done environment artwork on a video game called "Call of Duty". Currently he is working on creating Ipad/Iphone application games in his own game design studio "Jupiter Moon"

Our son Leon Dashin was born on April 3, 2010.  We're so thrilled to have him in our lives.

We have a four-legged baby we love dearly, Lucy.  She's a 9 year old mini Schnauzer who is slowly learning to love life with Leon.  


This blog is an expression of everything we go through as new parents, things we continue to learn about our son Leon, running a business and hopefully holding it all together for our little family.
